Policies & Procedures

Food Policy

Nothing is worse than a child coming home from a "fun" evening full of sugar and caffeine. We believe that children deserve better snacks and want better snacks. We think that fun does not equal sugar, perservatives, or food dye. We think that fun can equal wholesome snacks and all natural goodness. In order to help children make good choices we will only offer healthy snacks like fresh fruit and vegetables, juice, water, and whole grain snacks. Parents can have the utmost confidence that their children will come home with tummies and minds full of nothing but goodness.

Allergies
We are a Nut-Free Zone

We take allergies very seriously and want parents to have confidence that we will treat their child(ren)'s allergies with great care. The snacks we offer will be nut free and carefully considered before being served.

If your child has other allergies we will also take all neccesary precautions in making sure he or she stays safe.

We can let you know ahead of time what will be served . We ask that parents of children with allergies send an appropriate snack if neccesary

Waitlist Policy

If your child/children are waitlisted and unable to attend an event they will be guarenteed a spot in the next months event. Same will be for children who are sick and whose parents call us in advance.

NO-Show Policy

If a family has 3 no-shows in a 1 year period they will be suspended from the program for 3 months. Due to the high demand for our program and long wait lists we want to be sure that spots are going to children who will attend. We understand that things get hectic and sometimes it is not possible to contact us. We can make exceptions for emergencies and simply ask parents to communicate with us as best they can.
