A Very Special Mission

Hello FBFN Friends and Family,

I will be going on a very special mission this Summer and very excited to include you all in my journey.

I will be traveling to Tanzania this summer on a mission trip to the Greenleaf Orphanage in Tanzania, run by Father Yohanna. Greenleaf cares for children orphaned by AIDS and also assists with families headed by elderly grandparents and older siblings. They offer a meal and education opportunities for children who have no one. It is a blessing to get to help them.

In June, about a dozen members of Potomac Falls Anglican church will fly out to Tanzania and help in the school, make food, run a VBS, and spend time in fellowship with the children and workers. We will be staying with local families enjoying some time visiting the community. Pastor Jack made the trip earlier in 2011 and had a wonderful time.

In order to help cover the cost of my air fare and the cost of supplies  I will be fundraising by offering free child-care with a donations towards my trip. I offer this service to all of my FBFN friends and look forward to not only raising funds but having fun with my FBFN kids!

Sincerely,

Marla N. Vargas-Mundey
Your Fearless FBFN Director
